Summer Fun Items!!!
Since summer is basically here, (school's out, the lake is busy, pool's are getting used), I thought I'd show you guys my favorite summer items thus far.
For a self tanner, I've used the Jergen's Natural Glow lotion. I use the Revitalizing daily moisturizer. It's pretty decent, but I think it would give better afor someone who is pretty pale.
I use the lotion to get a darker color, and I have found that it makes me a bit darker. My natural color is an olive color and this gives more of an orange-ish color. However, I love how it smells, and I think that some people really find that they get amazing results.

Also in the lotion category, I absolutely adore, adore, adore, Bath and Body Works products. I recently went on a mini shopping spree and bought 5, yes 5, bottles of their triple moisturizing body cream, which is absolutely amazing. It's so hydrating and it leaves your skin feeling so smooth and soft!
These are the scents that I bought, obviously, you should go to the store and smell them before you buy.
Into The Wild:
This scent is very, very unique. It smells almost musky, like a cologne, but once the heat of your skin gets to it, it softens the scent and it becomes really pleasant. This is a scent that you would definitely need to smell before you buy.
Black Amethyst:
This one I gave to my mother, (because the sale was buy 3, get 2 free). It's a sharp scent almost. Bath and Body Works says that this scent has "Italian Bergamot, Rare Camellias, Exotic Sandalwood, and Vetiver". I don't exactly know how to describe it, and again, this is one of those scents that you need to sample before you buy.
Black Raspberry Vanilla:
This is a very sweet and fruity scent. It obviously smells like vanilla with hints of luscious black raspberries behind it. (hahahaha). I love it and it's one of their classic/original scents (in my opinion).
Orange Sapphire:
(This isn't the triple moisture body cream).
I couldn't find the triple moisture body cream online, but I know that you can find it in the stores because I bought all of these in store. This is an orange scent with something kind of sharper behind it. I totally love this scent. This is also one of those that is stronger when you first put it on and mellows out once you have it on and the heat of your body mellows out the fragrance. Again, smell before you buy!!
The last one that I bought is my favorite fragrance that Bath and Body Works has ever put out. I must really love this fragrance because I've had so many of their signature scents.

Although the bottles are different, the fragrance, obviously is the same. I can't rant about this fragrance enough. It is floral, but not the traditional floral scents that come to mind. It's exotic and spicy, mellow and "wild" at the same time. I ADORE this fragrance, and I must have it on my vanity at all times. I use it almost everyday, and I love the way it makes my sheets and clothes smell after shower and after I wake up in the morning. I think that you'll love it as soon as you smell it!!

For bathing suits, I just got two new ones. Obviously, what bathing suit a person likes is completely up to them, but I thought I would share the two new suits that have become my favorites.
The first one is white and looks like it's covered in eyelet lace. The ties are blue with pink and white flowers. It's adorable.

The other suit that I currently am in LOVE with is this one. The top is sequined and the bottoms are white with little sequined bands on the sides.

Another great item that I love for summer are Rainbow flip flops. They last FOREVER and are super comfortable. I love how they mold to your foot, so every time you put them on they fit perfectly to your foot shape. There are so many different kinds, but the pair that I have are these:
They surprisingly go with just about any outfit you pair them with, despite the colour. You can buy them online at the rainbow sandals store.
Also part of this post, is my first college update.
Thursday and Friday, June 2 and 3, I will be going to Tucson for orientation!! I'm super excited because I get to register for classes and get my ID. I'm not sure if I'll be bringing my laptop with me so I may not be updating. If I do, I'll definitely keep you posted for those two days. If not, I will update upon my return home.
