Comments/Suggestions

Hey guys! I just posted a video on my youtube requesting any suggestions for new videos that you would like to see and any questions that you may have for me. I'll put the video on here so you can view that at your leisure.

I was planning on leaving the suggestions open forever because I always have a hard time figuring out what to make a video on, but I combined it with the question video. So maybe I'll keep both open forever, and just keep answering questions as they arise.

Please check it out and leave me a comment with a suggestions/question or both. I would greatly appreciate your support!

So since this is supposed to be a blog about college, here's how my college life is going!

This past week has been miserable for me because I've been super sick. I didn't know what it was until yesterday, I just knew that I had some kind of upper respiratory infection/sickness. I went to urgent care yesterday and was told that I have acute bronchitis. So I'm on antibiotics and all that good stuff. I'm definitely feeling way better now that I have medication and whatnot. Otherwise, college life is awesome. I've probably said this before, but it really is the best time of your life. When your parents say that, they're not kidding. I'm loving every second of it. Of course mistakes are going to be made, but they're all in helping you grow and mature as an adult and person. I feel like college is really helping me grow up and is giving me lots of experience with different personality types, living with someone else, and handling responsibilities.

Tips:
1. Do your homework. You may not think that you need to, but it does count toward your grade and it can make a difference.
2. STUDY STUDY STUDY!! Definitely study. It can't hurt.
3. If you get sick, cover your mouth. This was a big one that irked me with my last roommate because she just coughed everywhere and never covered her mouth. If she did, it was not effective at all. Make sure you're washing your hands, cover your mouth, and try to keep "disinfecting" as much as you can. This all sounds like common sense but it helps.
4. Don't shun your friends. I haven't been in a very social mood these past couple days, probably from being sick, but I know that my suitemate, who was one of my better friends here, thinks that I'm ignoring her. Yes, I can hear her when she talks about me. No, I'm not going to talk about it.

That's really all I can think of at the moment. Please go look at that video, if it ever gets posted, and leave a comment with a question, suggestion, or both! I will love you forever and ever.

Also, for all you bloggers with amazing blog layouts, how do you do it? I'm trying to make mine less, blogger layout-esque, but I don't have a clue how to change it to look personal and awesome. Please let me know about that as well.

I hope you all are having a fabulous fall! (I know I am. If there's one thing I love about Arizona, it's the "fall/winter" months weather)

Love,
Rachel
