Almost there!
Guys, I have 1 DAY OF FINALS LEFT!!!!!! I just want them to be over. I'm tired of studying, tired of learning, tired of going to class..hahaha. I just need a break. I can't believe how fast this semester has gone. I know I've said that a million times, but really. It's surprising. It doesn't feel like I've been here this long. I can remember imagining what it was going to be like to live on my own. I imagined my room staying immaculate, like this.
Or, at least looking like that for longer than a few weeks. It's morphed into this now.
Okay, so that's pretty neat. My bed is another story however..
Hahaha. Oh well. That's the life of this college student! How many days of school does everyone out there have left?
It's been super cold here. I'm sure I mentioned that in my last post, but really. It has. It hasn't snowed and it's not -10 degrees every day, but give me a break. I'm a raised Arizonan, so the cold weather is something that is not normal for me. I love it though. I think I'm becoming a colder weather person....a little. I used to hate it, but I'm starting to really enjoy it. The high today was, mid 60s, which is actually almost perfect. The lows have been in the 20s-30s, and last week the highs were in the 40s. It's been another new experience to add to my list. (:
On a wholly unrelated note, my friend and I decided to try to do our own acrylics..let's just say, they lasted for almost 12 hours before I took them off. I want to get them done because I loved them, but I want them professionally done. So when those came off, I did my nails Christmas-y!
They're already starting to chip and fade, if you can tell from the picture, but I think they're so cute! I originally started out with plain red and silver, but then I was inspired by these from the internet,
Sort of. So I went back with my Sally Hansen nail art pen, and added the white stripes. I love them. They are so festive. I used Sally Hansen Xtreme wear in Cherry Red and LA Colors in, I believe it's metallic silver for the pointer finger.
Another unrelated note, I FOUND A NORMAL SIZE MILKYWAY MIDNIGHT CANDY BAR!!!!!
I have not been able to find a full size one anywhere! I've only ever seen the fun-size ones, and milkyway midnights are my favorite chocolate bars! I walked past the display and then turned around and walked right back because I was so excited. AHH! (: Dark chocolate is my love.
So that's all that's been going on with me lately. Just studying and sleeping mostly. I hope everyone is having a great finals week, if you still have finals!, and if not, then I hope you're enjoying the end of the semester!
