February Favourites!!!!!
So I'm going to try to do a favourites post and video for every month! I started filming my favourites video, but haven't finished it. Hopefully I can get it up on time..
Anyway, here are my February favourite items!
Cosmetics
Maybelline Dream Mousse Blush in #20 Peach Satin.
This stuff is amazing! I love it. It goes on so smooth and light that you don't even feel like you have any blush on. It's very light so it's not distracting from your makeup. I would definitely recommend this. I got mine at Walgreens, but I bet you can get it at WalMart or other places like that. It was about $6-$7 I think.
Almay Wake-Up Loose Powder in Neutral. (I don't remember the number)
I am positive that I have probably blogged about this stuff before, but I love it too much to not blog about it again! I love this because it's very light and feels cool when it goes on. I suppose it does help wake you up, but I just love it because of the cold feeling. haha. Also because it goes on so smoothly, and it's not very heavy like some other loose powders or pressed powders.
Natural Palette by Love and Beauty from F21
I love this palette! I use this everyday. I love the colours that are in it, and it also reminds me of the Urban Decay naked palette...but cheaper. I think this was around $6. I love it. The colours apply so beautifully. I get lots of compliments on my eyes when I wear this. LOVE.
Body Products
Japanese Cherry Blossom Triple Moisture Body Cream from BBW
(I know this is sideways, I didn't feel like changing it. haha). I know FOR SURE that I have talked about this stuff before, but it is my favourite lotion of all time. It's from Bath and Body Works, and I am in love. It is my favourite fragrance that BBW has put out, I think. So go buy it. It's $12.50.
Versace Bright Crystal Perfume
Oh. My. Goodness. I love this perfume! I know this is a small one, less than half an oz I believe, but it's amazing! I first smelled it in an InStyle magazine, and I have been wanting it ever since. It's light and lovely. It's quite expensive, but I think it's worth it.
Only Me: Passion by Yves de Sistelle (I think.)
Holy fruity heaven. This stuff is so fruity and floral and light and delicate and I love it. Haha. It is amazing. I love how it mellows out once you've worn it for a while. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!!!!
Accessories
Pink Bow Ring from F21
Bow ring! I found this at Forever 21 for $1.50 or something like that. It reminded me of Kandee Johnson and her bow rings, and I was so excited because I love her! (kandeej.com)
Hair Products
Lemon Sage Shampoo from Paul Mitchell teatree collection
This is a thickening shampoo by Paul Mitchell. It lathers really well and smells amazing. It is one of 3 in my shampoo rotation, haha. I like it just because it makes my hair feel rejuvenated and fresh.
Moroccan Argan Oil from Organix
This has Moroccan and argan oil in it. It makes your hail smell amazing and feel so. soft. I'm not even lying. I got it at Walmart for $6.50-ish.
Tresemme Tres Two hairspray (again, I know it's sideways)
I love this hairspray because it's so soft but it holds really well! I don't like when hairspray makes my hair crunchy or hard or whatever. This holds without the "helmet head" that comes along with the hold. I also like how it smells. Haha.
Miscellaneous Items
Journal
So this is just a composition book that I got at Walgreens for probably something like $00.50-$1.00. It's recycled material. Anyway, I use this as a journal to get anything that is weighing on my mind, off my mind. It really helps relieve stress, anxiety, nervousness, or any other not good feeling that I may be experiencing. If you are stressed out often, I would recommend journaling! It really helps keep you feeling happy and healthy.
Clothing Items
Neon Pink and White Striped Shirt from F21
I don't really know what to say about this except that I love it and get lots of compliments when I wear it. It was $12.80 I believe.
Lace Heels from Love Culture
I am in love with and obsessed with anything lace. And since these happen to be heels, they combine two things that I love in one! I got them at a store called Love Culture. loveculture.com I don't know if you can get them online, but I love them. They just look so classy to me. Haha.
And that's it! I hoped you enjoyed seeing some of the products and things that I've been using and loving this month! I should have the video up soon-ish. It depends on when I have an extended amount of time alone in my room. Haha. I feel so awkward when my suitemates can hear me talking to the camera. The video is also going to combine a college update!! I hope I can get it up before February ends, if not, it will be up ASAP.
