Studying, Working Out, and Stress
Hi guys!
In a week from tomorrow, I'll be flying home!! I'm so incredibly excited because there might be snow when I get home! eeeeeeeeee! I promise to take lots of pictures.
In the meantime, here's what I've been doing lately.
I've been studying like mad for finals! I'm pretty sure I started studying about 2 weeks ago. I'm not sure. My brain is fried. 3/5 of my finals are cumulative...so I've been trying to review everything! It's been so crazy, and I've been so stressed out these past few weeks. My back is constantly hurting now, I think from being stressed...I hope.
It's so weird that it's been a year since my last post of this nature! How crazy is that?
I've been trying to keep up with my workout schedule. It's been tough.
When: 12-03-12
What: planks
How many: 2, 1 minute/ea.
I've been switching off between sit-ups and planks. So far it seems to be helping a bit. I'll keep y'all posted! Maybe I'll start taking pictures? (We'll see how comfortable I am! haha)
