Life Update
Hey guys! It's been forever, forgive me. School has been insane.
I wanted to update y'all on my life because it's been so long. I feel so bad for kind of letting this blog go by the wayside. I'll try to be more on top of things in the near future.
Anyhow, life is crazy. I love my job but it takes up literally every spare second of my day. When I'm not studying or doing homework, I'm working as the RA, which is a 24/7 type deal. Despite that, I LOVE IT. It's given me such amazing opportunities, fantastic new friends in coworkers and other hall RAs, I love my boss, my staff, my hall, and my building. What other job can you say all that about?!
I can't even begin to tell you how much it's changed my life already. I am much more outgoing and push myself to try to be better every day. Not that I didn't before, but this role has really given me a new perspective on that philosophy. It is so interesting to see these changes within myself!
In other news, school is school. I've got my first round of exams coming up which means that crazy is starting. I love my classes though. They're all so interesting to me, which is such a great thing! Getting out of general education classes just makes me that much more excited to go to class everyday.
As this is a college-ish, sort of but not really, blog, I am considering starting a post series on different ways to work things out in college. This idea stems from the fact that I need to do a bulletin board each month, and I feel that the topics I've chosen to cover could be really helpful in everyday life, too. I would love to give you my RA perspective and different tips that have helped me in the past.
What do you think?
Anyway, sorry for all words and no pictures. I hope you're all well!
Au revoir! xoxo
