Garnier Leave-In Conditioner
I'm going to talk about a leave-in conditioner today. It's the Garnier Sleek and Shine Intensely Smooth Leave-in Conditioner. Here it is.
I got this stuff because my hair was breaking pretty badly and the ends were splitting like crazy. I decided to try a leave-in conditioner to see if it would help. I don't know if this is what helped stop my ends from splitting and my hair from breaking, but it couldn't have hurt!
Firstly, anything garnier puts out, I love the smell. This product is no different. I don't really even know how to describe it. A little fruity, a little floral, overall delicious.
I put this on the bottom half of my hair after I get out of the shower. It's usually the last thing I do before I exit the bathroom. I like my hair to be just damp. I use about a nickel sized little blob and rub that in through the bottom. If there's any extra on my hands, I'll run it through the hair around my face and a little around the crown of my head, but I don't do this too often. My hair gets pretty oily on its own, so I don't help it along at all.
Sometimes I'll comb through my hair after this step, but for the most part I'll just leave it the way it is. I only brush my hair once its dried.
So why do you like this product? What's so great about it that you wrote about it?
Good question. I like this product because it makes my hair feel really soft and smooth. I have pretty naturally soft and straight hair as it is, and this stuff just gives it a little extra boost which is lovely. I think it's really helped strengthen my hair and give it a little help. It looks healthier, shinier, and prettier, in my opinion. It's not too expensive, and you don't need a lot to make it last.
I think I bought this sometime in the spring semester last year, and I've only gotten through about 1/4 of the bottle.
Give it a try! Let me know what you think!
xoxo
Rachel
